  • What is the cost for a session?

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I do not accept insurance payments. Please check with your provider to see if you have "out-of-network" benefits as therapy may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance plan.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can cancel or reschedule an appointment any time with at least 24-hour notice. Last minute cancellations will be charged the full fee.

  • Are sessions conducted in person or virtually?

    Whatever is most comfortable for you - either is possible!

  • How often will we meet and how long are sessions?

    If possible, I recommend weekly or biweekly sessions of 60 minutes.
